Toree Kahle

CHOREOGRAPHER

Toree holds a BA in Dance from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she met and worked with many Christian artists who broadened her perspective of dance as a ministry. After returning to Milwaukee, she was a member of Wild Space Dance Company under the direction of Deb Loewen, where she performed and toured with the company for 5 years. In addition, Toree performed in countless modern dance productions in the Milwaukee area, worked in arts and education fundraising management, and choreographed numerous musical theater productions at the elementary, high school and college levels. She thrives on the collaborative process of creating with dancers. Seeing joy in a student’s eyes as they contribute new ideas for movement and staging is as rewarding as their success on opening night.  Toree is a homeschool mom who lives in Waukesha with her husband, Aaron, and five children.
